4 Generations of Clements Family boys
He's a hard bargainer but with a heart of gold, he's the main man that drives us all, and always on top of his game. He can always be found at the end of the phone to help you part with your machines, as our buyer he's the man to sell your machines to.
George 'Big G' Clements
The 'Don' or the Godfather of Clements Plant, he founded the business in 1957. Big G sits and observes and directs quietly from his armchair, and at 85 years old he still works 6 days a week and puts in more hours than most of us.
Graham 'Clem' Clements
Grahams a keen carriage driver and in his opinion there are 'drivers and screwdrivers' most of us therefore are screwdrivers!
Graeme "Skelly" Skelton
Graeme has been with us a year, he was new to plant machinery but with over 35 years experience in agricultural machinery Graeme joined us from Farmstar, with his vast ag machinery and technical knowledge he aims to fulfil your machinery needs efficiently. "Moving from the ag world to the plant world....I'm hoping for an easier life".
Callum 'Cal' Williams
Callum has recently joined us in the office to assist with machine sales. He likes watching boxing and at the weekend he enjoys walking with friends in the Peak district, lets hope he is back for Monday mornings as he often gets lost in the hills.
Mark 'Sparky' Roberts
With over 30 years experience he knows JCB's inside out. A keen model plane pilot, he spends his weekends flying his planes.
Mark 'Fav' Favell
'Fav' is an experienced fitter, he is Mark "Sparky" Roberts right hand man looking after aftersales and he has good knowledge in electrical fault finding. He is also our HGV driver for local machine deliveries.
John "Greengrass" Dent
John is a Plant Fitter with many years of experience. He was once our Workshop Managers boss now he's back to being the Apprentice.
Pete 'Doc' Doherty
With over 25 years experience 'Doc' can perform open heart surgery on your engine and make it all better. He also helps out on our Farm "I love driving my Tractor"
Adrian is new to the team, in his spare time he enjoys walking his Siberian Husky, motor biking around the countryside and a spot of golf, let's hope he doesn't lose his balls in the rough!
John "Johnny G" Grundy
John is new to the team, in his spare time he enjoys watching British and World Superbikes. He also spends time with his daughters shopping and riding pushbikes.
Kevin "Kev" Bartle
Kevin enjoys motorcycling and is a member of the Lincolnshire Enduro Club, he also enjoys running to keep fit.
Sub-Contractor Plant Fitter
Adam has been a sub contractor plant fitter here for almost 2 year, when he is not driving his little red van around he likes to do a spot of motocross in his spare time.
Sarah is one of our longest serving members and has been a fundamental key in driving the company forward. Newly appointed as office manager she is the lady in the know.
Heather '1950's Jiver' Brumpton
Heather spends her weekends travelling back in time to the 1940's and 1950's for a spot of jiving, but during the week she will look after all your customer care requirements.
Leigh 'Umpa Lumpa'' Smith
Pro Sprayer, with fine attention to detail he's busy making your machines look like 'New' . As an ex BMW painter he certainly knows how to give a quality finish.
John 'Sandicus' Holmes
In the past 3 year years John has progressed from washer/valeter to undertaking an NVQ in paint spraying to team up with Leigh 'Umpa Lumpa' Smith due to the increase in demand for machines sold with the CP Package
Daniel "Washer" Shields
Daniel is a former Super Moto Champion but now he enjoys going fishing with our fitter Fav and catching a few tiddlers and sharing a packet of custard cream biscuits together.
Jamie 'Chapers' Chapman
Jamie is our Yard Supervisor and in his spare time he can be found polishing his American Hot Rod
Michael "Magic" Marchant
Michael enjoys socialising (We think thats the posh term for getting drunk!), watching the football and going down the local pond for a spot of fishing.
